I am 60+ years old. NEVER, in my life have I been treated by such an arrogant , volatile and frankly incompetent physician. Dr Young operated on my eye 3 times in 2 years. Each surgery was painful and frightening. He would raise his voice in anger, demanding I not move etc. There was NO reassurance nor apology for his behavior in all 3 surgeries. After all of this, I am left with no vision in that eye and filled with dread should I ever require eye surgery again. His comment ? "Oh well" as he walked out of the room not to be seen again.

Dr. Young seemed pleasant, somewhat in a hurray and when asked about eye surgery for clearing the haze on left cataract lens, he mentioned possibility of a detached retina. when I called vision care, his receptionist said any questions about this eventuality would be addressed in a callback from a nurse, since dr was in surgery. call next day was by same receptionist, this time said all nurses were ...

Dr Young is a very caring and professional doctor. He took the time needed to explain my eye problem. I highly recommend him.

I had my cataracts removed by Dr. Young and have had problems with my eyes every since. I try calling Vision care where he works and cannot get anyone to answer the phone, leave a message and no one returns my calls. I will never recommend him or Vision care to anyone!!

Very caring, very competent. Have used him in the past, and would use him again, anytime. I recommend him without hesitation.

I haven't had surgery yet, going to Monday but so far not liking this. The office staff was friendly but Dr. Young spent maybe 10 minutes if that with me and left the room. I had alot of questions for him but never got the chance to ask them. It felt like he was selling me the surgery vs. a diagnosis.
