I had kidney cancer. My treatment by Dr Ross couldn’t have been better. He explained the procedure clearly and provided excellent follow up care.
This man injured me during the biopsy. When I screamed when he hurt me, he went out and started yelling at my wife in the waiting room saying that I was a wimp. Later, he told me I needed to have my prostate removed. I went for a second and third opinion, and was told I had no problem. That was two years ago. Today I am healthy and multiple tests have shown no prostate issue. Yet Dr. Ross was going to remove it. Today a collection agency called to collect additional payment, but they had been sending my bill to an incorrect address. I called Dr. Ross' number and it is disconnected.
He was great; explained what was going on, helped with an unexpected difficulty, and had a good sense of humor (appropriate).
Dr. Ross was great from my first visit forward. He always took whatever amount of time was necessary to explain procedures, treatment options, insurance, etc. in a way that was easy to understand and very much appreciated. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Ross helped me through a painful and protracted kidney stone ordeal. He is professional, skillful and kind and empathetic. A wonderful young physician I highly recommend .

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
