Really awful experience. While their doctors there are nice and seem knowledgeable, the wait times are absolutely horrible and it is impossible to make a phone call or see the doctor in a timely manner - even if you're scheduled. And forget about getting an appointment without a month's notice. In light of this, I switched my primary care, thinking I could still see my doctor for OBGYN services and for another small procedure that I really needed to have done. The day of my scheduled prenatal checkup and (separate) procedure, I called because I hadn't gotten a confirmation from them as I usually do. Turns out, they canceled all my appointments without any notification, and the receptionist simply told me that if they can't see me for EVERYTHING, then they won't see me for anything. Truly terrible, and if I hadn't called, I would have gone over there and wasted my time. Trust me - go somewhere else, anywhere else, besides Northern Light. There are lots of good, small-town doctors in this area that won't treat you like you're a nameless number and a cash cow.
This place is a joke, but no one is laughing.
Very slow service. Had a referral to Spine and Neuro in April and I have not been seen. I am in back pain every day. Getting an appointment is challenging and Their follow up is not efficient. I'm not accustomed to long waits and inefficient management. I am considering taking my health care elsewhere. My Doctor is very kind and listens. I am sure it is difficult for her to practice in this environment.
I really wish I could rate this higher, but my last handful of experiences have made me want to go elsewhere for my care. The people there really do seem to care, and I have no problem with their " bedside manner" - when you can actually be seen. Any time I try to schedule a visit to see my PCP on a day off, when I have a wealth of time available, they can never fit me in, so I schedule my appointments on breaks from work with limited time. That hasn't worked out the last couple visits, as I went to one appointment to a nearly empty waiting room. but it took over 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time before I even saw an RN to bring me in to an exam room; I ended up leaving. My next appointment, I was brought into an exam room straight away, but I ended up leaving because it took over 20 minutes for my PCP or any other staff to come in after the initial check in by the RN; as I was leaving, I saw three or four staff congregating in the halls together. The phone lines are just as bad; any time I have to call about scheduling, or questions about prescription refill, I'm on hold for at least 10-15 minutes and usually I give up waiting to speak to someone. It's very frustrating when you can't set up appointments for your day off, and yet they're not prompt or timely when you DO set up an appointment.
Dr.Libby does not care about patients and should be fired.
I am a patient of the family residency program. I had covid and I reached out several times to get antivirals, they told me someone was going to call me back but they never did. I waited so much time that I passed my window to take the antivirals and now I have to suffer worse symptoms than I should have to.
Terrible Doctors office , Doctor looks at you like you are crazy when you ask for a referral for anything , wanted to have my son tested to see if he was on the spectrum, nope. Need my foot looked at because of a bunion, nope . Complete jerks, asked for a different primary care , sorry we cant do that.
I’ve called with PP depression and I can’t see anyone until 7 weeks. I went for OT and my doctor left a needle in the floor from her previous appointment, I had just changed with bare feet exactly where it was -someone training her also witnessed this. I had extremely low blood pressure that the nurse passed on to the doctor and she asked if I was going to faint…I explained how I felt, which was not well and she replied with that’s odd, we’ll check again at the end of the appointment. This is just one experience but I have a few more I could also share. I am not receiving the care I need. Find a private practice if you’re able because they have so many “rules” -high grade cancer cells and they haven’t wanted to see me since June 2021
Worst ever. I was 15 mins early and walked out after waiting 45 mins in the exam room. Try a mall walk in. This place suuuuuucks. Update: I was sent there again for tests. Sat in an exam room for 30 mins. Walked out carrying my patient file. They honestly don't care about patients. If you like the bedside manner of the D.M.V you'll love it.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve been sent to a debt collector TWICE with /no/ letters even saying I had a balance nor any attempts to contact me about said balance especially when I was seen multiple times while I had those apparant balances (which I don’t doubt I had as I am self pay, I expect balances) Upon speaking with the collections agency they informed me that the first time I was sent they had my old mailing address which I had already updated when I moved. The second time I was sent the collections agency told me that they had my correct address. I don’t know what their billing process is like but you would /think/ that there would be an ATTEMPT to collect an overdue balance before sending someone to a collector! Save yourself the trouble of dealing with them and find another practice if you can. Absolutely unbelievable.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
