I was one of Dr Shafranov's patients in North Carolina. The negetive reviews below does not describe the doctor I know. He is an excellent doctor. Over the last five months, I saw Dr Shafranov at least 10 times including 2 surgeries. I have Fuchs and both surgeries could not have gone better. He treated me with compassion and professionalism. I was a patient of Dr Shavranov while he was North Carolina. During that time I saw him 10 times including 2 surgeries. He treated me with compassion and professionalism. He throughly answered my questions and he never rushed me out the door. As my eyesight improved as a result of his expertise, he was just as happy as I was, and that meant a lot to me.

Dr. Shafranov treated my eye problem with exceptional dedication to my needs and fears. His staff are exceptional and caring. I learned how to use eyedrops correctly after 60 years of doing it wrong.

Dr Shafranov performed my cataract surgery. His desire and ability to present the process to me was thorough and complete and the procedure was flawless. He is frank and speaks in a manner that a layman understands. The staff at his practice as well as Yale Temple Medical Center was thorough, competent and attentive. My surgery was painless. In less than 24 hours I felt the procedure to be 100% successful and experienced near perfect vision. I look forward to eye #2 in 2 weeks. Many Thanks.
