Excellent Dr and listens to what you have to say and takes good care of her patients. She is very caring.

I wish I had her back, she always had my back. When I called her she was there. When e told her what was wrong she listened and if the test didn't show went further. When I ended up in the hospital my last trip I had an elccer and then a abscess. I don't get that same care now..

I'm probably (unintentionally) her most pain in the rear patient; but I have to say her kindness, knowledge, and willingness to help the complexity of my medical issues is outstanding. I have never really had much luck with this specific office, but she's delivered the most care I've received from almost anyone anywhere. Some of the other providers here are nice too but some are pretty rude or not helpful. All I'm doing is trying to get the right help I need to live this only life given to me, and I appreciate that doctor Larson has tried her best in helping me. Thank you!

Dr. Larson is that Rare Surgeon who does not see an interesting specimen but a woman, a scared person, she saw ME! She took extra time in the OR before and after to explain, to hold my hand and reassure me all would go well and she was right!! Wish all had her manner & skill sets. Loved her!

I have had experience with multiple GI specialists for severe Inflammatory Bowel Disease in Bangor and Boston and she has by far the best to work with and most trustworthy for me. I feel she truly saved my life my last severe flare as she was knowledgeable and quick to treat the complications that came up for me. I love that she is so up to date on her knowledge, caring, and willing to spend as much time patients as they need. She is very responsive to needs and questions as they come up outside of clinic appointments. She has been respectful of the way I like to treat my condition and has had wonderful suggestions that have helped me feel So much better. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Larson has this amazing way to reassure patients. I heard great things about her and she did not disappoint. She took an exceptional amount of time with me. She reached the correct diagnosis, and helped me heal with a combination of therapies and medications. She did not give up on me as so many doctors had. I had seen several doctors who were dismissive of my condition. Dr. Larson was so engaging. I had an unusual problem and she figured out how to treat it. I have my life back again. I can hardly believe it. Her staff were very good to me and always returned calls promptly. It was a little bit of a wait to get in to see her, but totally worth it. I can't believe we have such a qualified GI doctor practicing in Bangor. Thank you Dr Larson!

Not good. She gave me a hand out of foods to eat. A prescription and listened to my lungs. Paid a lot of money to have that done. Had a follow up visit...same thing....paid a lot more money to see her again. I didn't want to see her again, I just wanted the cream prescribed again but I had to go in to get it. Charged me another $400 for that...not counting the $50 cream. Rip off

My experience with her was very negative. I went in to have a endoscopy to answer some questions I was having with my stomach. Instead I ended up with a nutrition lesson from a Doctor that was suppose to be telling me why I was having throwing up issues. I was told not to eat white sugar, white bread, white rice, or soda. LOL I haven't had soda since 1998, haven't eaten white breads since 2005, and don't like rice. She was rude and not someone I will ever use again

I would not reccommened this doctor, she has a terrible bed side manner. She was very short and rude when asking simple questions. This rating is only on her people skills not on her ability!
