List of Jeffrey Jordan Md's Reviews
After being under the care of Dr. Paul Moulton for over Twenty + years for Glaucoma, I was saddened when he informed me of his retirement. Dr. Moulton referred me to Dr. Jeffrey Jordan and I'm pleased he did. Dr. Jordan removed cataracts from both eyes right out of the starter gate. I immediately learned that Dr. Jordan was not only a great eye surgeon, he's a heck of a nice guy as well.
DO NOT RECOMMEND The doctor was Jeff Kindred, but I never met him. His physician assistant Timothy Hayes saw me. This was at the new Hendersonville location. I visited their new Hendersonville location. I was the first patient. I expressly stated I wanted a routine preventative care wellness check, which included lab tests. This is supposed to be covered under my insurance. A month later, I got a bill from the lab and from the doctor's office for uncovered medical expenses. They had ordered lab work that wasn't considered preventative by my insurance but was considered diagnostic. I called my health insurance, the lab, and the doctor's office. No one wanted to talk to each other. They only wanted to talk to me and said I owed the money. I visited the Hendersonville office again and gave them a copy of my lab bill. They said they would not bill me for the expenses from them, and that they would contact my insurance and the lab regarding the lab bill. The next week, I had to visit again because they failed to get back to me. They hadn't even done anything to try and help me. So I had to wait there while the reception made a phone call. I asked for the doctor himself Dr. Jeff Kindred to call me. He never did and they never got back to me. I understand if doctors are busy and the doctor's office doesn't have time to call the insurance and ask what is or is not covered for every patient plan. But this office is new and not busy. I was the only patient. When I went back to the office to try and sort things out, the reception was in a t-shirt, blue jeans, with no shoes, with her feet in her chair using her cell phone. And they don't have time to follow up with my insurance company or me?
I have been going to Crossroads for many years. I see Dr. Jordan. He is very professional yet has a great bedside manner. His staff do a great job as well. I love having all their different locations and knowing there are walk-in clinics when needed. I highly recommend Crossroads Medical Group to anyone looking for a new doctor, a new practice or new location more convenient for them! . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I have had the privilege to have Dr. Jordan caring for oncoming cataracts. This week I went suddenly blind in one eye for about five minutes. Dr. Jordan took me in emergency, diagnosed likely source of problem, exceptional competent staff was able to schedule two cardio tests that day. Dr. Jordan was thorough in communicating results with us and with family physician to ensure there will be ongoing management. I have never had this kind of exceptional medical attention in eight decades.
can not get through, phone is busy constantly, answering machine at lunch, just gives hours to call back.
Great bedside manner, and is very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
I have always had good service with Dr. Jordan. He has always been professional. I've been a patient for years, and would recommend him to any of my friends and family.
Dr Jordan is a wonderful doctor , he is very kind and his staff is awesome
Love Dr Jordan and staff. Would definitely recommend!
Crossroads is the best family practice I have ever been too. They are also open 7 days a week with convenient locations. I bring my kids here before anywhere else.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
