I had been a patient of Dr Benoit’s when he was practicing with Dr Aloupis, I can’t say enough wonderful things about him. He was very compassionate when I was unable to have a baby but very encouraging. When I finally became pregnant at 38 years old in 1997 , he and his office staff- Paula, Debbie, Joy and Penny was excited as much as me and my husband was, they had given me a surprise baby shower in the office after an appointment with Dr Benoit. In May 1998 I delivered a healthy baby boy. After my pregnancy I continued seeing Dr Benoit as I loved him and his staff. I saw him at the Evergreen Woods location which was fine the staff wasn’t as friendly but I wasn’t there to see them. Recently when I went to see my PCP who received my reports he asked if I was aware of something that was documented in my chart from 2018 which I wasn’t aware of. I called Dr Benoit’s office asked to have Dr Benoit call me and was told he was on vacation. I called the following week and was told they would have him call. I didn’t receive a call so I called a few more times, I knew Dr Benoit always called his patients back.Finally I mailed a release to have my records sent to me. Looking over the phone notes there wasn’t any phone note in my chart regarding the calls I made asking for a call back, the only call was stating I had seen my PCP and made an appointment. This was upsetting to me because patients should have faith in the office that their care and concerns will be followed thru, I wanted to talk to the Dr and felt that he wasn’t interested in calling me back when it was the staff that wasn’t doing their job to help the patient. I will always love Dr Benoit and Paula.

Dr Benoit was amazing. He is the first doctor to ever sit down and explain things to me in such detail. He is nothing short of caring and compassionate. The office staff were all kind and welcoming as well.

I recently had surgery in Nov,2019, Dr Benoit was wonderful I never had to worry about anything, he answers all my questions I may have about my surgery and what to expect after surgery, definitely puts your mind at ease. He truly cares about his patients and doesn't make you feel like a number, he will give you all the time you need during your appointment so if you had any concerns at the beginning of your appointment they are taken care of at the end of the appointment. The entire staff is wonderful. I work in a healthcare office and I know first hand that finding a great doctor and staff who totally care about there patients is hard to find these days, most practices are all about the money and how many patients they can get in and out in a day, which is sad, patients should come first and they do at Dr Benoits practice. Highly recommended.

I have had Dr Benoit since 1992 and I can’t say enough about him! From the birth of my children to my many female surgeries he’s always been top notch. I would recommend him or anyone in his office. I just love that man as a person and a Dr.

I was referred by my doctor, whom I have been with for 20+ years, as he is no longer doing surgeries. I was petrified to go to anyone new, as I have put my trust in my doctor only for so long. I was immediately put at ease with Dr Benoit. Extremely knowledgeable, open to discussing my concerns and fears. He was so patient, both during appointments and ultimately my surgery. He had an EXCELLENT bedside manor, both with me as his patient and with my husband. SO HAPPY!!!

Dr. Benoit and Dr. Rumsey delivered my son and they are the Best Providers! I couldn't have asked for better people to be there through it all! Highly recommend them!
