I’ve requested a release of medical records 5 times from Dr. Poulopoulos’s office, both from home and directly through my PCP’s office. I haven’t received any yet. I saw him in February 2020 and have been requesting them since March. My last attempt was last month. Today I’m calling to get them and also sending my mother to his office. Dr. Poulopoulos is extremely knowledgeable, educated and has a good bedside manner but requesting pertinent documents is out of the question, as I really need these.

I developed uncontrolled movements after taking Reglan, a medication known to cause permanent movement disorders, so I was referred to Dr. Poulopoulos. During our consultation, I explained to him that the symptoms started immediately after I took the drug and that I had never felt anything like them before.
