Online Reviews Breakdown
List of Matthew T Hanna's Reviews
No. Dr. Hanna spends more time looking at his computer then he does interacting with me. I have been seeing him for 20 years and he appears to not know who I am. Except for the annual physical, most of my appointments end up being with a physicians assistant, nurse or other health care provider. However, the bill to my insurance lists his name as the provider. At the annual physical, Dr. Hanna just looks at my lab results and does not talk to me about anything else. At my last physical he did not even listen to my heart or lungs. The online portal is very helpful, but does not include all immunizations, previous medications, and reasons for previous appointments. My telehealth appointment with him is not listed at all. I keep notes on my appointments for myself, but the patient portal is incomplete. Hopefully he has more information on his computer.
Just an overall good guy. Remembers you and asks about family and life first. He is a member of the community so you see him around town and he comes across as one of the guys. Occasionally there is a wait beyond your appointment time. I feel the wait is there because he spends time with his patients and wants to get stuff done. His assistant is awesome. She too remembers you and asks how you are and means it. By far has the best bedside manner ever.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
