At age 78 I've had quite a few PCPs, but none measure up to Dr. French. He is knowledgeable, clear, quickly responsive, humorous, and caring. I feel I am in the best hands in this office with Dr. French and Adeline Beal, his excellent nurse.

Mocked me, did not take my pain, suffering, anxiety, and rare condition seriously. He violated my patient rights. His staff violated HIPAA laws. I was a good patient, who asked for very little. I deserved to be treated with kindness, and dignity, but received only arrogance.

He was rude, condescending, and unprofessional . He repeatedly violated my patient rights. His staff broke HIPAA law. He continually mocked, and belittled me. He did not take my pain and suffering seriously . He is not only a bad doctor. He turned out to be a really sneaky and unkind person.
