Great experience! Everyone from registration, to CNA, to nurse and anesthesiologist were the best. They were very nice and answered any questions I may have had.

SEPTEMBER 30TH 2021, I AM FROM FAIRFIELD MAINE, I WENT TO NORTHERN lights in Waterville, the E.R, I had to be transfered here, as they wanted to admit me, no beds in waterville. Or Augusta. I had a mini stroke. The doctors and staff, are very good here, respectful, caring and compassionate, I highly recommend this hospital. It was a pleasure meeting all my nurses, and fine doctors here. You should all be very proud, hope i don't have to return. However if I get ill again, I would come here in a heart ❤ beat..... HugsBeverly Busque

Since Maine Health took over Waldo County Hospital . It has gone from 5* to 1* at best. My father was recently admitted to this hospital due to a medical emergency - inadequate care, rarely saw Dr's and/or PAs , ARNP on site, poor patient care from start to finish. I am a healthcare provider myself as well as the majority of my family. We were all completely shocked and severely disappointed by the entire experience! Would highly NOT recommend this hospital NOW associated with Maine Health 👎👎

Some of the physicians are really wonderful here and so is some of the staff.I DO also have lots of bad experiences however....but I believe that can happen any place.For the most part I've always been respected when I've had to go besides a few nurses and a couple physicians. They've gotten better than in the past and I'm really glad care (and hospital!) Had been upgraded!

I went by ambulance to hospital 3 June, 2021. I had the best of care from the ambulance to leaving on 8 June, 2021. The emergency room Dr was fantastic and very caring. I had fast service and was start on Iv’s immediately with pain meds. My nurses were fantastic and all the Dr’s. I have been in the hospital before with this condition and the whole team INC having blood work were excellent. Thank you all.

Horrible ZERO stars if possible.. was there for appointment as emotional support for my wife and was told I had to leave cause it's not an appointment for myself my wife needs mental health support but this hospital don't care about people or mental health

Can’t say enough wonderful things about our recent experience at the Waldo County General Hospital for the birth of our child. The staff are so professional and caring - nurses in the WICU and the OR, the pediatrician, the obstetrician and the anesthesiologist. They all took the time to get to know us, answer any and all questions we had, and provide us with top quality care. I’d go back in an instant for another delivery.

The few times I have gone here, they are super friendly and helpful at the desk. When we got in, of the ladies was kind of rude about getting information and not listening to what we had to say. Lucky, we didn't have to deal with her anymore. Front desk is where it is at thought!
