I moved up from Mass. a couple of years ago. My husband and I had our first visit with Dr. Millard together. He came into see us and it was obvious that he had reviewed both of our charts that came with us. He had appropriate questions which he addressed with both of us. Since then, we have seen him for regular office visits and found him to be very professional and kind. We are very happy with the care that we are getting.

The wait time was really long. When he finally came in, he said my symptoms were not what I thought and basically teased me about some background information I told him. He might have been trying to make a joke, but I found it offensive. I found him dismissive of my opinion and did not order follow-up lab work which would have cleared up any missed diagnosis.
