This place has managed to fail my boyfriend and I on several referrals that they never actually processed. My medications are often not called into my pharmacy properly. There is a general lack of communication amongst staff. Waiting patiently for an opening with a new physician. Extremely frustrating

Very friendly listen to your problems never in a hurry to get you out. The doctors no there stuff.

Catherine Chamberlin is my childrens and Is Dr. She is the most caring Dr I have ever met and she is good at what she does. I would travel to keep her if I was to move. As far as the nurses go they are sweet and always kind. The receptionist could be more friendly but I also understand it is a busy place.

Very disappointed with receptionist. We stopped by to see if they provided walk in care for a sick child. She opened the receptionist window to tell us to wait. Then for ten minutes we waited while she typed and typed and typed. Finally we were able to ask her about walk in care and she told us they did not provide walk in care and then told us about another place that wasn’t open today. Very unhelpful. She needs basic customer service training.
