As a pationent with no insurance I was treated well. When I told them I now have insurence Anthem Blue Cross I was told I could no longer use their service that would be fine accept I was not given any help in finding a new Doctor big problem when your on Suboxon. Not sure why I am now being treated as a criminal.

They helped me a lot very strict in the right ways and very understanding and helpful in other ways I loved this place went for a long time and I was very upset when I lost the chance to go cause of insurance but Jason my counselor always helped me and everyone was so friendly and amazing going through my good and bad times they were a big part of the change in my life Thank you key 3 West forever and always Billywilson
