We were visiting the area on holiday and my son and I became overwhelmed coughing. They saw us immediately. We were in and out within 20 minutes with prescriptions called in to a local pharmacy. Very friendly. Excellent front desk, nurse and doctor.

Guilt tripped, called heavy, then over 30 minutes to be discharged in the middle of the night. Solid Healthcare professionals.

Took my daughter in cuz she is sick the nurse didn't even want to help her at all we left before even seeing a doctor because of her this was at almost 2am went to Norway hospital hey guess what my daughter has all the systems of covid that's so much for your help... waiting on test to come back now

I recently went to emergency room here. They promptly saw me, did tests and provided me medication for pain management. The nurse and doctor listened well and kept me well informed. They arranged for me to get a slot in surgery that day at Central Maine Medical in Lewiston. At my request they had also tried to get me a slot in surgery at my medical center (Maine Medical, Portland). After waiting for a response for a while from Maine Medical we decided we couldn't wait any longer. The Bridgton emergency room prepared me for transportation to Lewiston. The EMTs/ambulance staff were excellent making me feel comfortable and well looked after. Bridgton emergency room did a great job. I highly recommend them.

On Nov.23rd I fell on my porch, putting out my right hand to break the fall onto my right side. Instead I broke my wrist. A neighbor took me to the Bridgton ED, which was full. Unusual for a Mon. in non-tourist season. I was registered, and a nurse came to see me in the waiting room, where there were already 3 other clients waiting to be seen. She brought me ice. I believe the wait was due to Covid Protocol. Patient rooms are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and then left alone to rest for 30 min. before reusing. Once I was taken in, there was intake, pain med, exam, xrays of my wrist, cast put on, and plans made for referral. I was well taken care of by friendly respectful Dr. and staff. Outside of being there for 5 hours, everything was excellent.
