List of Dennis Sullivan's Reviews
He didn’t need to see me for a second time. He could have called or email me my results. I guess he wanted to see me face to face to get his ego trip! Oh and my 45.00 copay for a 2 maybe 3 minute of his time!
Dr, Sullivan operated on my husband, so when I had problems with my knee I felt very comfortable going to him. As others have said, he does not baby sit you, but is clear about the issue and how to fix it. After he suggested surgery, I checked on line for the lastest procedures to remove a posterior cruciate ligament cyst. I was not surprised to find that Dr. Sullivan was recommending the state of the art procedure. One review criticized the office staff. I have had the opposite experience. The staff has been very warm, and has spent time with me trying to work out an MRI in the middle of a snow storm. Everything about Dr Sullivan and his staff is 5 star.
Dr Sullivan has replaced both my knees over 10 years ago, I'm 73 years old and am completely satisfied with Dr. Sullivan
12 year old son broke wrist while on vacation in Maine and I was considering leaving early and heading back to NY to have his wrist treated. After talking to Dr Sullivan, I was immediately put at ease with having him perform the closed reduction. His explanation was great and he took the time to answer all my questions. His hours at Bridgton were limited but our broken wrist and his hours worked out perfect. I would absolutely use him again. The hospital was clean and fast.
Dr Sullivan has no bedside manner, but is very professional and to the point. His office staff is rude, not just once or twice, but always. Very unprofessional. It's too bad you have to speak to them on the phone to get to Dr. Sullivan. I have no confidence in the office.
Over the past 15 or 20 years Dr. Sullivan has seen me for various injuries due to the line of work I was in. He has operated on me twice. Once for my elbow and once for my shoulder. I would have to say he is first class all the way. He doesn't babysit you. He explains what is wrong and then fixes it. He tells you what you need to do to take care of yourself and prescribes the best way to do it. The rest is up to you. I can highly recommend Dr. Sullivan to anyone without any hesitation what so ever. After my last surgery, knowing I was having a little trouble shaking off the drugs, he called me at home on the weekend to check on things.
Between my kids and myself, we've seen Dr. Sullivan a number of times for surgery and consults. He's a great doc--the only caveat I might add is that he is not a hand-holder. He expects his patients to be informed and involved in the process. We love him---he's done four different surgeries for our family (yes, we're accident prone!), and the results each time were great. We wouldn't use anyone else.
He has operated on both of my knees as well as treated a shoulder injury. He is a fine doctor and a gentleman. i have referred others to him as he is top-notch
Very rude clinic and the doctor was not very helpful nor was he attentive to my 6 year old. If you do not want your healthcare information disclosed don't use this office; they'll disclose informtaion to anyone who answers the phone without verifying they have the right person, thank god it was only my 22 year old daughter.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
