Memorial Hospital - North Conway's Online Review Report Card

As a person who is easily overwhelmed and sometimes over sensitive this hospital and all of its staff I have encountered have made me feel healthy welcome and at peace. Not once have they made me feel like I was a bother when I had questions or maybe mistaken information. They always pay attention to details and hear my questions but also answer them or more importantly they find the answers if they dont know. I live in norway and am more then happy to travel the 45 minutes to get good care from good people rather then Stephens memorial hospital in norway. I thank all the nurses doctors and staff at bridgton hospital for being the absolute best that they are. Dr Leighton especially has gone above and beyond to make sure I was stable and healthy. Without their unconditional support and love I wouldnt be writing this. I highly suggest bridgton hospital and primary to anyone looking for medical attention. They do their job and they do it well. My hats off to you all thank you

2016 my children became patients and started seeing Dr. Vinograd. Kim is the nurse she’s cut and dry but great at her job. I was happy with how Vinograd cared for my children. He was kind and he was patient with them He was thorough and the children felt comfortable with him. Recently he’s moved to another office. We we’re on the fence about staying or leaving. Our daughter needed to see someone asap with an eye issue she was having This was our 1st visit back to the Dr. office since Dr. Vinograd had left. I was nervous as well as my baby girl being seen. Dr. Moore came in and exceeded our expectations. She has this very comforting calming personality. She made my 4yr old daughter feel as though she could be trusted that she would not be hurt and there was not reason to be scared. She explained everything ahead and got right down to business executing everything as professionally quickly as possible. We give her a 1010 TeamDrMoore

I have been a patient at Bridgton Primary for 4 years.. I have no complaints about of the care I have recieved. My current Doctor there is Dr. Susan Paul. She is an excellent doctor and has helped me in so many ways. The staff is friendly and helpfull..the nurses are great and phone calls are always returned. Thank you Bridgton Primary Care and Dr Paul.

Attention LYME disease sufferers Bridgton Hospital does not have qualified staff to diagnose and treat Lyme disease . I have visited the Bridgton hospital and Internal Medicine many times over the past four years with conditions of Lyme disease. The medical staff has lost my medical records ignored my symptoms and refused to treat me. They do not follow the state guidelines for diagnosing and treating Lyme disease which is a violation of the state law. They have provided me with false information and told me I was cured after one treatment with antibiotics 5 years ago. If you suspect you have Lyme disease or chronic symptoms save your self the trouble and find an infectious disease specialist that actually knows about the disease.

Great Doctors friendly and cooperative worked with me to get what I needed.

Clearly they cant stay on schedule. Scheduled to go in on time. Got in 20 minutes late. Awful.

We love this practice The receptionists are wonderful. Friendly and prompt with responses. The doctors are wonderful. Dr. Vinograd is exceptional. He is attentive caring and really thoroughly gets to the bottom of concerns. I highly recommend
