Went here on Tuesday December 27th after falling down my sisters stairs on Christmas Eve. I went due to severe pain in my shoulder and was told since it “doesn’t seem” to be broken that xrays wouldn’t show them anything so she told me to put heat on it and make sure i still move it around a bit. I called the orthopedic surgeon today to make an appointment for my should since its still very painful, the nurse on the phone booking me said that in the records the walk in said that the xrays didn’t show any sign of a break.. i said thats funny because we didn’t do any xrays. So im not sure why they would write that they did unless they were supposed to and if this is a case of malpractice or what but just thought id leave this review here.
awesome
Very clean, very friendly. Being from out of town, I called before heading over for a walk-in. The wait was maybe 5 minutes. Exactly what I needed for urgent out-of-town non-emergency care. Grateful.
We went to the walk in on a Friday afternoon to check for an ear infection. Everyone was very nice, and the doctor was very friendly and extremely thorough and took his time to consider my concerns about my 11 month old baby. The offices were very clean as well. Great experience.
Not happy with them,
Staff are under educated and rude. I felt like cattle going to slaughter. Nurse practitioner admitted to not being able to do a Strep swab and made an underling do it. That person should be in that position instead of her. Office staff are incompetent. I was applaud about how I was treated after i explained that I was self pay(previously mentioned). Sadly I believe that they like to bill insurance for 3 times the amount of self pay. Now I have a bill for $182 because they didn't do their job correctly and they added a late fee, even though I paid my $207 bill in FULL at time of departure. They are either incompetent or scammers.

While Scott was a fantastic nurse practitioner I'm no longer going to use them because I got a call today saying I'm 1 missed appointment away from being kicked out (4 total in a 12 month period and youre gone) so many years of being a patient gone because of an unfortunate year.
I would not recommend this practice at all, ever. Went in this morning for a severe sore throat, it feels like something is stuck or swollen. They looked at my throat momentarily, said it doesn't look like strep, which do I agree with, that's the only thing I can agree with. The NP said I'll sent a note to your doctor to do a referral to GI. No offer to order additional testing, nothing. So here I am stuck not being able to swallow, unable to eat, anything for the foreseeable future. The NP did say if it gets worse to go to the ER. I should have gone there first, they might actually be interested in trying to help.
A pretty small but mostly friendly clinic!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
