I was with Dr Kaplin for 10 years. He never gave me a thorough annual physical. Took temp, BP and reflexes and that was about it. My last visit he treated me like a lepar because I refused the Covid shot. When he was done with his Covid lecture I said I was having other problems and he said he didn't have time and walked out of the exam room. They just called me to come in for a physical and I already had one this year if you could call it that.

Good luck getting a hold of anyone. Kaplan is awesome, office staff, not so much. Took me 10 times to get a referral.

Son had multiple urgent/ emergency issues that required care over the course of 5 months. Dr. Kaplan and staff were completely unresponsive, provided incorrect appointment and referral information, and NEVER even checked to see if he was OK through multiple hospital stays. Completely lacking in patient care. When we needed assistance, he was no where to be found. Then when we complained and asked to speak with him, THE DOCTOR disenrolled himself as our PCP, which created a whole host of other issues with our health insurance. He never once called.

sick doctor: be careful he will take advantage of your insurance. he doesnt give a licking crap about his patients. He will blackball you. he goes on and on not treating your conditions.

Dr. Kaplan is great. The front office staff is abysmal. They don't return calls and let the phone ring 100 times. No answering service. I will switch doctors because I will probably die on hold waiting for medical care if I stick with this place

He sucks! run don't look back, in severe severe pain for months and months due to work related injury, constantly referred out. only cares about your credit card "Health Insurance" card.
