She is an awesome doctor. She always addresses my concerns, and makes the information very easy to understand. She also suggests the best way to move forward and will give as many options as she can. She makes the doctors not seem so intimidating and really cares about her patients!

I have found Dr. Ackley-Pozzessere to be an excellent provider. She is knowledgable, thorough, and compassionate. She listens to my concerns, offers insightful advice and is open to all forms of treatment. I never feel rushed (though I'm sure she feels the pressure to get through her patient appointments in a timely fashion). I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a primary care provider.

Dr. Ackley is an amazing health care provider. I actually look forward to appointments with her because of the down to earth presence combined with the expert (but easy to digest) knowledge. You can really tell she cares and loves what she does!

This provider has little empathy and does not explain a diagnosis and treatment in a manner that can easily be accepted and understood by a patient. In addition, the medical advice offered by this provider is not consistent with the standard of care, 'gold standard' treatments for TBI as described by The Mayo Clinic, Johns Hopkins, JAMA and the CDC, National Institute of Health. Be very careful.
