Dr. Hankinson is always kind and courteous and very professional. He and his office staff have been very understanding the few times I have been late for an appointment. They generally try to work with my schedule and get me in when I need to be seen. If they are booked during a certain time period, I'm put on a waiting list in case of cancelations and I am always called.He's helped me so much, I'd barely be functional if not for him!
