John Willis's Online Review Report Card

Was recommended & scheduled back in January 2020. Appointment was made and paperwork was sent to me. Since then, at my child’s 2 year checkup at his pediatrics office, she wanted him to go see them sooner (if possible) for a small issue my child was having. Scheduled a sooner appt for that specific reason. Then COVID happened, which no one has control over I understand that. Once again, they reschedule his appt to the following month. With Covid restrictions still in place, they recommended seeing my child for all his issues at the date of his original first cleaning/appt. this date is approaching and I get a call saying the dentist doesn’t have time for my child that day & time EVEN though my kid was scheduled and on the books they deny him cuz their too busy trying to catch up with other missed appts. In the meantime, my child’s pediatrician keeps asking when my child will be seeing the dentist cuz months are going by. So, we’re now back to square one after 6 months of being pushed back 4 times. Very unreliable business and not communicable what so ever! Very dissatisfied with this place and to anyone who hasn’t been here before, good luck getting in. If they can’t make time for new patients, they should make that known! Very angry right now! 🤯🤬

My daughter has been a patient at FPD for years, and they have never fallen short of anything but amazing! From Lisa at the front of the house, and the kind & sweet Assistants and Dr. Willis with his wonderful bedside manor & knowledge, they have always gone above & beyond with their level care. I just have nothing but great things to say, if you are thinking of going - your kiddos are in good hands and you will be happy there!

This was the first time that my son was seen by Dr. John. He was kind and gentle and had a wonderful "bedside manner". He explained what was happening with my son's teeth so that even I could understand. The office and staff have always been very inviting and the set up is geared towards children. In someways I wish that I could use this office for my own dental care.

My 8 year old daughter wanted to have teeth extracted. Shortly after going and she was screaming very loudly. He then covered her mouth and told her to stop crying like a baby. When she asked for me he said no that he had to finish and that she couldn't see me until it was finished. Parents are not allowed to come back in the room and obviously this is why. He is very verbally abusive and rough with his patients my son also told me the year before that he never wanted to go back now I know why

Dr.Willis is an excellent Dentist, however his staff overbooks him alot, We have had to wait 1/2 hr to 1 hr for our appointments. Also don't be late with a payment because they will send you off to collections. I questioned a bill about whether or not my daughter received a flouride treatment, so I was a week late in my paying my co-pay and they sent me to collections for $11.00 and they also refused to take my daughter back as a client. We have been going there for 20 years and they blackballed us for $11.00.
