I waited 75 minutes to meet with this doctor. Half that time was spent in the waiting room. Initially I met with her nurse who reviewed my paperwork and reviewed my file. Then a physician assistant met with me to again review my file . She had another patient’s file and then left the room to find my file. When she she returned & proceeded to asked certain questions over and over again without remembering my having answered them already I was not impressed. By the time Sarah Schubert came in I had waited over 75 mins. By that time I had only a few minutes left to talk with her as I needed to pick up my son from school. Very unprofessional and would never recommend this practice.

Dr Schubert is a very thorough and concerned surgeon. She called me the day after my shoulder surgery to ask me how I was doing and answered a few questions. I'm very satisfied.
