I told the nurses that my daughter has high anxiety with needles and the the nurse got the IV line in but kept moving it around asking if that hurt and I finally told her to stop moving it. All this was going on as my daughter was hyperventilating and crying. Then when they were going to take her for a CAT scan I TOLD THE NURSE SHE WOULD NEED SOMETHING FOR HER ANXIETY because she is clostraphobic. she said she should be fine.How the heck does she know if shell be fine? So my daughter had an anxiety attack AGAIN while she was having the scan. It seems to me that the nurse shouldnt have the authorization to say either way. Im NOT impressed

I went to this hospital after a accident where I eventually figured out my ACL MCL and Posterior lateral corner were torn off the bone after my doctor said that it was a sprain. We went there for pain medication because 800 ibuprofen and 1000 Tylenol weren’t even scratching the surface of the pain. They had me wait in a wheelchair sobbing from the pain in a hospital room when they finally entered the room they said that there’s nothing they can do for me because they don’t have any braces for my injuries. At that point I could not physically straighten my leg without dry heaving with pain and at that point they continued to manipulate my leg without any muscle relaxers or pain medication. I asked for an IV for my anti inflammatory and pain medication when they finally agreed to give it to me They informed me that they would refuse to give me an IV only an Inner muscular shot. At that point I was desperate for anything so I agreed and ended up sending me home shortly after with 2 ace bandages and a shot of pain medication with no follow up. I wouldn’t go there for even a splinter.

There blood drawing staff are very uncaring of there patients and hurt people wen drawung blood and tying the band around yur arm they are not to be trusted dont go to fmh

Do not bring any of your family here if you want them to live another day. Unimaginably long wait times and did absolutely nothing to help us.
