The absolute rudest Doctor I have ever been to and I will never be seeing this unknowledgeable disgrace of a Doctor. Couldn't ask questions without being barked at like a dog or making you feel like a liar. Please drive the extra 20 minutes to Presque Isle and see the urologists over there.

Dr Karod seemed very aloof even though I was diagnosed with cancer. His staff was the rudest people I've ever dealt with in the medical field. They upset me so much that my wife had to deal with them for me.

Dr Karod was knowledgeable and friendly. His staff was not. They were so rude to my wife on the phone that she ended up in tears. I don't know how they still have a job.

I've never had an experience with such rude staff before in a medical practice. Dr Karod's staff were not only extremely slow at scheduling tests and a follow-up visit, they were also VERY rude when we called on the phone to check to see if appointments had been made. I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy.

Dr. Karod's office staff took over three weeks to schedule urgent tests that should have taken a matter of minutes to schedule. When asked why they had not yet scheduled the tests they got extremely rude and defensive. Not the type of attitude you expect from a healthcare professional when you are fighting cancer.

I just started using Dr. Karod's office to be treated for IC. He and his staff are very supportive and sweet. They have been very thorough to insure I completely understand the details of procedures I have endured. I would highly reccomend this office.

An excellent urologist that greets you with a smile every time! His sense of humor is excellent and he always makes me feel comfortable. His nurse and office staff are always comforting and efficient. Excellent doctor and practice!
