Dr Rankin is very kind, personable and professional. You will never feel rushed or not heard. I do not recommend many physicians wholeheartedly but he is an exception. He provides very knowledgeable, skillful medical care.

I was referred to Dr Rankin after a PET scan showed some reaction in my throat. I thought the worst expecting cancer. The Dr explained everything he was going to do to examine my throat. The examination was quick and painless. He assured me that I had no cancer and thoroughly explained what I needed to do to reduce the inflammation in my throat. I highly recommend Dr Rankin.

There is nothing not to like about DR. Rankin. First, he addressed all of my questions. While addressing these questions, he even vacuumed the ear wax from my ear, something I was unable to accomplish at Went worth Douglas Urgent care in Lee 2 years ago.

All the staff were very personable, friendly, and quick. Dr. Rankin, as is his reputation, was very caring, comforting, and friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Great "bedside manner" and able to explain things very well.
