If I could give negative stars, I would. This man jumps to surgery too soon. He operated on me and caused permanent nerve damage that has impacted my ability to live a normal life. Do not trust him with your life or your child’s.

I had a horrible surgical experience with him. He permanently damaged a nerve and has caused me to have a chronic pain condition. He is not to be trusted.

This man is a terrible doctor. He performed surgery on my that caused permanent nerve damage that impedes my ability to live a normal life. I would not trust this man with yourself or anyone in your family. If I could give him negative stars, I would.

My daughter is 4.5 years old and has serious anxiety when it comes to doctors or dentists. Dr. Sarno did an amazing job keeping her calm and taking care of the issue we were in the office for. I was very thankful for the pleasant visit as some other appointments recently haven’t been so pleasant.

Family ENT is a wonderful office with kind + caring staff. Lisa Tessier helped my toddler get through his hearing test and made it fun for him. Dr. Sarno was very thorough and friendly, and reassured me every step of the way. Highly recommend for anyone that needs an ENT visit.
