I always seem to have issues when admitted they wanna give our info to people who call and they don't ask if it's OK to talk to people that makes me really mad feel it's a wrong

I am currently on hold with CMMC Pharmacy, I have been on hold for 3 hours and 40 minutes. It says I am 1st in the Cue, but it said this 55 minutes ago. This is unacceptable hold times.

This is by far the worst hospital i have ever experienced. They do not tend to their patients and apparently never got taught bed side manners. I spent 9+ hours waiting for answers to receive nothing except “i don’t knows” and attitude from the staff. I only saw the nurse 3 times the entire day when they are supposed to be checking on their patients every hour. I do not recommend this place to anyone, i wouldn’t even trust them with a paper cut.

They locked me in a safe room at 7 months pregnant with no access to food when needed and no access to a phone - They would not let me get an ultrasound or even take my babies vitals at all - Not until the 3rd day of me being there - I was there for 4 days - The male nurses were calling me crazy and saying I needed to stay in my room or they would call security - mind you I am 7 months pregnant! What am I gonna do to anyone - Meanwhile I am begging the staff and nurses for food as I am starving - and got declined a snack - And one of the small dwarf nurses argued with me as to why I was in the hospital in the first place making rude comments about me being there at all!

I am always treated very kindly here..went for swallow study at 60 High St. I was so happy to have gentle sweet ladies doing the study. They could tell I have anxiety very bad and was nervous. After study they showed me the xrays and the video of my swallow study explained in detail the results etc. Very pleased with them. I also went for endoscopy 2 days later and that was also a great experience. The only part I didn't like was waiting hour and half to do endoscopy. Was very anxious. The nurse who put my IV in seems kinda moody at first but then she was fine. I think she was tired which I don't blame her! The anesthesia male guy was sweet as can be! My doc Ben Stein also very sweet gentle and nice.. Couldn't be happier! Was a good experience that I was extremely anxious for..glad all went well and my results were good too! Thank you to all the staff who are so amazing and treating me kindly. Was a good experience overall. Thank you all for all you do caring for others and treating patients good. My last visit here was the evening of the mass shooting. I was leaving my appointment late and noticed many police cars in all directions and ambulance unsure of what way to go. 2 cops were walking the streets. News said shooting reports didn't come in until later around but I believe it was happening sooner 5heb they say. There was 6 or so people standing by the helicopter as well. I took a pic. I knew something was off. Later on not soon after got home, I heard about the precious lives that have been taken too soon..my heart shattered when I found out. Im still devastated. Thank you for caring for the victims 8n this tragedy. I know y'all did everything you could to save them and are still trying to help others recover. Many thanks to you all. God bless you.
