Help for chronic pain patients. not everyone who is prescribed pain medication is an addict. stop treating patients this way. CMMC Residency terrible.
A hospital that makes you bring your own medical supplies. If I didn’t happen to have my husband’s medical supplies with me CMMC was going to have him go home with his intestines hanging out of his body with a towel taped to cover it. I am NOT joking about this at all. Bad enough they had him sitting in the hospital that way for over an hour waiting for me to pick him up.
This is the WORST hospital there is. My sister in law has been in there for a week and the staff has been very rude to my brother and doing nothing for her the patient. Due to privacy I’m not going to say why she is in there. My brother has had to speak up for her needs and in return is being treated poorly by the staff. There is zero consistency in anything. She is waiting to get transferred to a hospital that can take care of her needs. In the meantime they are doing NOTHING to help her for the reason she is there. The only thing they are doing is making a stressful situation more stressful. I have always heard…do not ever go to CMMC and now I know why If there was a rating lower than zero that’s what I would give them They definitely do not care about the patients and the families. It appears to be they care more about power and control rather than what is best for the patient
Mother brought in by ambulance and only one doctor on staff on a Sunday? What kinda sick joke is that? She’s been there for hours in the hallway being treated… are you serious? Your hospital is a joke.
Went to a pre op for a knee surgery with my husband sitting beside me and the words Zoe McKenzie spoke were unkind and frightning . Treated me like I was a child insulting me to a point that I walked out crying my eyes out . Awful person no feeling at all just made me feel like I was useless to care for myself. NEVER AGAIN
I will not bring any member of my family back to this ER. We were there from 430AM to 515 PM. Complaints 1. While waiting to see my dad I was helping patients try to find chairs in the ER that they would be able to sit down in and get up out of. All of the chairs except for the 2 at registration are the appropriate height for elderly and injured patients. All chairs should have arms so that patients can push them selves out of chairs. 2. My father was never given ice packs for the injury to his head or pain medication. I had to ask for both. I also asked for stool softener if they prescribed anything that would cause constipation. They gave him Oxy and nothing else. Now we are dealing with getting my dad out of pain from constipation. They just added a complication to his fall. 3. My father was never offered any food until 2 PM and they said that they would be admitting him even though there were no beds to admit him to. 4. I asked the RN to tell the MD that I would like to take my dad home and care for him if it was safe to do so. When they did decide it was safe to discharge my dad It took them hours. This is so sad as 5 gurneys were lined up in the hallway waiting for beds. All they needed was an MD order to discharge us and an RN to remove the IVs and give us discharge instructions. They were too short staffed to accomplish this efficiently. 5. The RN had to wheel my father out to the car. I asked her why they used RNs to provide patient transport and she said that they were short staffed. How sad for patients requiring an RNs care in the ER. 6. No one ever called the pain medication into the pharmacy for my dad or bandaged the skin tear on his right arm. This hospital really needs to get it together and hire some staff to meet the needs of the patients in our community update their furniture for the injured and elderly and stream line their discharge process. No wonder patients are not receiving the care that they should patients are lining the hallways discharge medications are not called in to pharmacies and RNs are providing patient transport instead of being where their skills are urgently needed. My background is in hospital management and providing a positive patient experience and this place is lacking both. I have filed a formal complaint and hope that they take action to make much needed improvements. I feel for the patients that have no one to advocate for them like I do for my loved ones.
Horrible people the nurse laughed when I told her about my ear pain. And when I was ready to leave after waiting 2 hours for someone to look in my ear . They told me I couldn’t leave and wanted to give me a covid test. Even though I had already told them I just got over covid. This hospital is a joke. They had a bunch of empty rooms and had elderly people in beds in the hall way 😩😔 the Ed. Staff are a rude and careless .
Sat in pain for several several hours. I’ve never thought I was completely forgotten before at a hospital but I think I was at CM
My elderly parents at the direction of their cardiologist went to the emergency room on a Saturday morning today and waited over 4 12 hours watching shoulder injuries and drugged people be seen prior to an elderly cardiac patient. The triage nurse was rude and insensitive to their needs. They left and went home without being seen. After they got home they got a call from the emergency department calling them back. How ridiculous My father volunteered for this hospital for many years prior to Covid. 😡

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
