Memorial Hospital - North Conway's Online Review Report Card

I was seeing a nurse practitioner Tracy Edwards at this office for 9 yrs. I ended up missing 2 appointments because I was heavily pregnant and had a ride issue and I was dismissed from my doctor. I was horribly upset because I really really liked my doc and I had been seeing her for so long that she really knew me. The staff is horribly rude and some of the doctors assistantsnurses have no people skills whatsoever. I also had issues with medication refills. Its like the staff had no clue that if you are on a dosage of meds for a long period of time and then stop it suddenlyyour body reacts to that especially if its an antidepressant. In some cases withdrawals from meds can cause medical emergencies but these people dont care. All in all horrible customerclient relations but I did like my health care proffesional.

Was in the waiting room for the infusion center and it is mid October and the AC is still blowing cold air. I asked the lady at the desk if they could shut it off. Her reply was oh many people and staff have complained and nothing has been done. CMMC its freaking October get ya crap together or is this your way of job security by making people sick.

I just need to say that Angelica EstesLebrun a new PCP for CMFP is a very thorough dr. She really listens to what you have to say and follows thru to all of your concerns. It so rare to find a dr that really listens and truly cares about her patients. She is truly a 5 star dr.

They are working on my health but put me on a drug that made me gain 100 pounds

ok ive been with this place for ever...lately they have made it so you have to go thru ya pharmacy to get refills..well since this has happened I cant get them and the pharmacy keeps faxing them to send confirmation but they dont and I have to go to the er to get meds...very unsatisfied with them latelyok ive lost count of the ammount of times ive had to have my pharmacy call them to get my meds refilled....its like they only answer when they want to

Great care from the providers terrible and unresponsive customer service. I have been waiting for a call back for 1.5 days now on an urgent matter.

Been going to this office and same for almost 20 years. No better doctor great friendly and very helpful office staff

Tried to return a call from a nurse Call I had been waiting for since morning and was on hold for 20 minutes in which that time the message would come on that they will be with you and you will be taking in order.They gave me a automated option every 40 seconds or more so that I could stay on the line or leave a message and they would return the call.The original call from the nurse was important to me so I waited anothereight minutes in which time they gave no automated option to leave a message.   After 28 minutes total I hung up.  Time is now after 413PMso I called again thinking I could you automated option 1 but it never came up again.  After another six minutes I gave up.  This should never happen especially in a Hospital. I am waiting for dialysis and have needed a Iron infusion for three weeks.  I have insurance but I guessthat does not mater.  Looking at going to Maine Medical Center for the future. I am so worn out I cannot work anymore.  CMMC should be ashamed of yourself.

I am so frustrated with the hold times and the annoying automated system that requires you to press option 2 every two minutes to remain on hold while you wait to speak with a person.  Then 3045 minutes of holding each time only to be told that they will take a message and someone will call back....of course when they FINALLY do call back a day or two later I missed the call while in a meeting.  They left a voicemail instructing me to call them back again...which just results in a repeat of the above process.  I am finding another practice because this is unacceptable  Poor customer service  They need to hire more staff to handle calls.  There are so many online reviews expressing this same complaint.  It is really disappointing. I have been a patient for a long time but my doctor recently left the practice. I am not going to continue to deal with such poor service.  I am taking my business elsewhere.

Customer Service at Central Maine Family Practice is the same at all CMMC locations it is terrible. You cant get thru to them on the phone they dont call you back for hours and you cant get the information you need.  It took me over a week and several calls just to get a prescription refill. I love and have had my Doctor for many years but the policies and procedures and training of support staff has me wondering if I should go somewhere else.
