List of Memorial Hospital - North Conway's Reviews
It has been my experience that even though their doctors work in the same hospital they do not communicate between each other i also find that they are not well versed in writing prescriptions i find the level of service to be substandard
I went in to get treatment. Scheduled an appointment took time off work only to be told they couldnt do the exact service I requested my life depends on it and they pretty much shrugged me off. I was very clear on my intent of what I was looking for and was given the worst runaround I have from any doctor office in my life its all about the money now there is no love in this. Really sad
Make that 12 star. Worse medical staff Ive ever witnessed unfortunately my wife is a patient we are desperately trying to get away from this situation with Covid it has been difficult. I advise all to steer clear of this office and be careful to not get injured outside the office the campus and parking areas are extremely dangerous for people to walk hazards and getting worse. Worse in the State i am sure.
Worse mistake ever made going here.
If you need a refill from them youd better start 3 weeks before you run out...not sure where the disconnect is but they sent the last refill to the new pharmacy and sent the ok this time to the old pharmacy. They did the exact same thing with my other prescription. Thank goodness I can follow up myself. Not everyone knows to do that. I used to work in a pharmacy. When your pharmacy faxes the doctor twice and the office tells you they never received any requests theres something wrong at the doctors. They apparently dont update patients pharmacy information so one has to wonder where else they may be dropping the ball??And if the requests are coming from Walgreenswhy are the oks going to Walmart?
Ive been seeing my doctor Rebecca here for about a year I came in with some severe stomach problems and some depression my doctor recommended me to a therapist for depression which is fine but the problem is I was having pain in my stomach and was back and forth to the er I was consistently telling her what was wrong she told me I was over thinking and I was making up my own pain. I called in one day in tears from the pain I apparently was making up and the receptionist also told me that she was told to say I was overthinking it. Well turns out that stomach pain was from a allergic reaction to the BC pills I was taking and found out on my own. I also have horrible monthly pains because I have endometriosis I was told that they couldnt prove or help with that unless I have the lyposcopic surgery which btw is a surgery that is supposed to get rid of the scaring from endometriosis.I have given up trying to make things work with them and have not heard one word from them since my last appointment. All I have been trying to do is get a letter of proof from the amount of pain Im in each month so I can bring it to work to get accommodations. Seems like no matter what I try these people find a way to make you feel like your lying or that nothings wrong
I am lucky enough to have an incredible physician who unfortunately is affiliated with this horribly run medical cooperation. I go to the doctor every year for my physical and maybe once again for a minor ailment and every time I go I get billed for services my insurance covers. This year I did all my homework and still they screwed it up. I am convinced they are sending out fraudulent bills in the hope that people will just pay them and Im sure many people do. People do not put your trust in the hands of the administrators of this BUSINESS They lack the professionalism of many of their medical professionals. I am fed up with with taking my valuable time tracking down and fixing their mistakes. I pay a lot of money for insurance that pays them a lot of money. DO YOUR JOB

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
