Absolutely useless The doctor leaves and doesnt even leave a way to get a prescription refill until they get a new doctor Ive talked to 2 people and I get the run around

Its a big business. If they dont make money from their clients they drop them. If a client owes them they hire people to harass the client. Its pretty simple. Take your business elsewhere.

Dr Wright is very friendly and knowledgeable. I always enjoy our visitscalls. Has helped immensely.

I have contact CCS on three seperate occasions to get information about appointments ahead of my doctor sending a referral. The first time I spoke with a female and the last two a male I think it was Bill both times. All three interactions they were kind and extremely informative. They confirmed receipt of my referral after looking in their system quickly and were able to help me schedule an appointment with ease. So far a really positive experience and happy with being able to get a web appointment within the next two weeks even with COVID.

Roma is very rude I’m surprised she is still allowed to work with people in mental health. I will be emailing people in higher power and request that she be fired for her rudeness.

You ever had that nightmare where your running down a hall and it keeps getting longer the more your run? This place is the embodiment of that feeling Horror in not knowing if these people are actually crazy or just so under the thumb of pharmaceuticals that they do insane things to keep the scam running. Do not go here unless you want to be misdiagnosed or worse.

Roma is outrageously rude and disrespectful to patients. Not the kind of receptionist for a doctors office treating patients who are struggling with mental health issues.

This place has gotten better over time the doctor i see is wonderful and helpful.

Everytime I need paperwork faxed or filled out it is never done properly. It has made my life so much harder and they are supposed to help make it easier.

First off they never seemed to receive the documents they were waiting for even though the documents would be coming from St Marys Health System which also runs CCS Psychiatry. I set up an appointment and literally handed copies to the therapist. He ignored all the testing and prescribed depression medication. For several months I suffered through two different prescriptions that did nothing to help my diagnosed ADHD. I finally gave up and went for testing by another provider who took me off depression medication and put me on an FDA approved medication to control my ADHD. My life is so much better now now that I have found competent help.
