I took care of my brother in law for 3 years with the support of the wonderful staff of Androscoggin Home Healthcare. They were professional and compassionate. They not only took care of him but us as well. It was a less stressful time due to their hard work and care. I came online to find their website so I can donate to this wonderful organization.sincerelymarilou

Horrible experience with this company. This is the second time 8 years apart my father has had someone from this company come in for an assessment of his care levels and they have been told to leave both times due to rude unprofessional and judgmental attitudes from the worker. No compassion or care shown on their parts and the supervisors defend their behavior.

Awful experience the nurses act really unprofessional I will recommend anyone who needs nurses for help to go through other health care services. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

So clean and pretty. Every staff member so polite and attentive.

Your organization is awesome your nurses and healthcare workers are nothing short of freaking rock stars. You gave my father inlaw the best care and helped us in keep him in his home like he wanted till he passed. Andrea Ferington is amazing give her a raise. She put up with the most stubborn set in his ways man on the planet earth. Laurence Lavalle Not only that he loved her and looked forward to every visit. She was kind and compassionate but firm when needed. He gave her a run for her money and she did it with grace and style. Thank you so much for your help. And thank you for andrea. Also Anne the pill spiller was awesome as well.

Excellent caring staff dedicated

My wife has been under Androscoggin Home Health + Hospice for the past few years we are very happy with the quality of care she is getting and the wonderful nurses she has had

Although our Mom was in Hospice with Androscoggin Home Healthcare Hospice for a very short time the care she received was excellent. From her healthcare team to the Chaplain each person she and our family came into contact with were professional and caring. They answered questions with compassion and in a way that was easy to understand. My family will be forever grateful for the support we received at a difficult time in our lives. Thank you.

When one says “there’s always a bad apple in the tree” I would disagree. At least with the Androscoggin Home Healthcare Hospice. I have had prior experiences with Hospice and truly value their compassionate work. I became a huge advocate for sending my loved ones in transition there and continue to donate my earnings to such a special place. However this time it was different. It wasn’t my dad it was my mother in law. It wasn’t in their house but in OUR house. Camp to be matter of factone of my mother in laws last wishes. Her transition to camp was beautiful in itself where we were able to carry on our family tradition of beeping over the bridge. Hospice care came immediately and met with the family discussing what her transition to heaven will be like. I don’t know a single person who doesn’t look uncomfortable greeting 20 people at the door during such a difficult time AND be able to handle it professionally and compassionately. During the next 2 ½ weeks the Home hospice Wilton office became family. I could come up with a million adjectives that could describe our journey but these few stand out most support gratitude compassion love honest and professional. When we had a question and we had lots of them they answered. When we asked to review our med load over and over againthey checked. When we needed to vent and share our story while being sleep deprived and delirious they listened. They were full of praise and letting our family know we were doing the right thing and making the right choices. Day after day they were there for us emotionally and physically. Our family is incredibly THANKFUL for the support and compassionate professionalism this team acquired. There is NO BAD APPLE in this tree A special shout out to Susan Lynn James Brooklyn and Donna
