My parents went here for over 20 years and love it. When I had to get a new PCP I went here. The employees are fabulous. As well as the Drs and nurse practitioner. I highly recommend them.

I've been reading the reviews on here. I Do Not agree with, but that's my experience. I have only had a few issues over the last 20 years.. and yes it was with my mom ( r.i.p. mum miss you). Other than maybe a total of 4 times o had an issue. I went right to the office and spoke with them and they took care of it.. for a while they didn't have Good help but lately they are right on track. Keep up the great work Lisbon Family Practices

This place is a joke and that putting it nicely. If you need a refill on meds dont count on them to do it. My mom has been 4 days without her breathing meds thats shes suppose to take everyday. And long story sort if you call them off hrs your not important its like your bothering them and treat you very rudely. Well needing breathing meds is important weather lori or Laura whatever that oncall nurse name is doesnt think so wouldnt even leave a note for doctor. Even when my mom called Monday during hrs they still did nothing the pharmacy didnt even know about the prescription. She called 4 times and they just brushed it off and nothing was done. The first call she did she left her number for a call back they never called back. when she called agian after waiting all day she got thru very quick and couldnt get a answer why they didnt call back. And the 4 call she did they told her to have a nice day and hung up to bussy wanting to go home. I guess she has to go without her meds have another attack and go to the emergency room and then maybe they'll get there finger out of there a***. But sad thing is she just came out of the hospital for a mild heart attack and needs meds to help breath think they would refill prescription nope they dont care. This place is very unprofessional. So all the bad comments on here i believe them.

I got a call today by Dr Westland and I have been seeing him for over a year now. He even made a referral to a surgeon for me and it was misunderstood and he thought that I said that I was not satisfied with his office and I said no no no! It was another doctor's office, I am very pleased and I have had great and pleasant experiences so far.

Have to sit and listen for 3 minutes just to find out which numbers to press to get you to the right line, then wait another 15+ minutes for anyone to pick up the phone. And there's no answering machine to leave my name and number so they can just call back. God forbid you need anything important. Good luck getting in touch with them.

I have never felt as judged and disliked as when I asked a Dr for help with a medical issue.. specifically Dr Westland. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I don't know why everyone is complaining I called during regular office hours and they picked right up. The woman who answers the phones just sounds gruff she's actually a really nice lady. Reception was super friendly when I came in. The only con I have is they seem to push medications pretty hard, i couldn't even get a word in about trying an alternate means of therapy. They were super insistent that I take meds instead of treating my depression by other means. But Dr Wayne was friendly about it and told me what i needed to hear.

Prescriptions are not filled for weeks when messages left like directed. This happened for 4 months in a row. 2 weeks without my rx. Calls are not returned for weeks. When i finally did get through to someone i was told "its not my fault i just answer phones!" Horrible experience all around. Too bad the clerical employees drive so many away from the competent doctors. Gave them a chance, problems persisted for more than 3 years. Dont waste your time.
