dr asked my family member what was wrong with her mentally, told her she was disrespectful and rude when she was just trying to get answers on her health results, also told me if my health got worse to call and they'd send me to PT and It got worse and they told me they couldn't do anything about it If you value your health and want to be respected, go somewhere else

I've been a patient for over 20 yrs. Last official appointment was over 3 yrs ago, (2019). Covid hit 2020 and it was hard to see any medical professional during this time. I tried to be seen during the pandemic, but was referred by this office to go to urgent care instead. Tried to make an appointment for a physical now and was denied an appointment and was told I'm no longer a patient any longer. They are not taking new patients and can no longer help me. I wouldn't recommend to anyone even if they were taking new patients.

They had me come in to fill out paperwork for becoming a new patient and then wouldn't schedule an appointment. After months of waiting for them to call, I called them and was told they wouldn't see me. They wasted months of my time. Had to find another doctor's office in the end.

Don’t recommend at all!! Front desk is nice but that’s about it. Sitting here online waiting for 16 minutes so far just to talk to anyone and they did NOT listen to me.

Great experience! Dr. Poulin is amazing. Both my kids love him. He really cares about his patients and their self-being.

The front desk is super friendly. My Primary Doctor Myriam Jolicoeur is awesome! Her clarity is always on point. Also, very happy that there's never a waiting room issue. I'm always in and out. Cheers!

This place is a joke!! It takes forever to get through on the phon..still called while sitting in the parking lot,states all lines are busy yet when I walked in ALL 3 women were sitting in the main office not doing anything! DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU ARE SICK

Dr.Sink thinks she's God. She doesn't look at previous Dr.s reults.
