List of Dianne Kallen's Reviews
We have been with Diane Kallen for quite some time now. We are pleased with her interest and caring attitude.
Very professional, compassionate, personable. Spends time with you. She has a wannabe doctor for a nurse, (Nancy) who has her own thoughts and opinions on things. God forbid you should ever want to talk to the doctor about any type of questions or concerns you might have before you can actually get in to see her again because you can't email the doctor directly either; it gets intercepted by (Nancy) who sometimes says she has "discussed" your case with Dr. Kallen, but if there is something you'd rather not discuss with the nurse, like I said, you have to wait until your next doctor visit. When she is only there one day a week, it's very hard to get in so you save all the "big stuff" for your visits, but sometimes you might have just a simple concern that you'd still like to have her input on. I've been told that they all have the same credentials, but that doesn't mean much when a big reason you choose a primary care doctor is so the same person can see you most of the time, barring unexpected circumstances. If they see you each time, they know you, they know all about you, not just what is in a file. Seriously thinking about finding a new primary care doctor if she won't be adding more days/hours to her schedule. My son sees a primary care doctor that he actually sees every time he has an appointment. There, I've vented for the day! Thanks

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
