My procedure took place on June 22, 2021. My wait time was minimal. All interactions with the staff were pleasant, my questions were answered, and I felt that all were competent The actual procedure was performed, to the best of my knowledge, with skill and seemed to me without much discomfort. The entire experience for me was positive and I can not think of anything needing improvement. Maybe it was a fluke and they were just having an outstanding day, but based on my only visit, I would highly recommend Penobscot Valley Dermatology and specifically Dr. Whalen to anyone requiring their services.

Excellent surgeon! I've had 3 surgeries on my face. The entire experience was very positive and the surgery sites healed quickly, leaving little, or no scaring. I highly recommend her!

I had mohs surgery on my nose. Dr. Whalen was excellent. Very clear and direct in her approach. Follow-up has been astounding. She and the staff are very responsive to any concerns.

I've had several dermatologists prior to receiving care from Dr. Whalen. Dr. Whalen takes the time to examine/diagnose & explain the various treatment options. Dr. Whalen has always been on time. I've never had to wait past my appointment time - usually I arrive 15 min. early & I been seen in under 10 min. Dr. Whalen & her support staff have provide superior care!
