Dr. Hartford always takes time to answer any questions we might have, no matter how trivial they may seem to us. He takes care to explain things carefully so that we understand fully. Because we travel 2 1/2 hours to see him, he also takes our circumstances into consideration and sees to it that we are scheduled at a time appropriate for the distance we travel. He has been exceedingly kind in fitting us in when we need an emergency visit before a vacation. Dr. Hartford is also very thorough and skilled, finding our lesions at very early stages. We have the utmost trust in him and enjoy our visits.

Drove from Caribou (six hour round trip), waited half an hour for the Doctor to meet with me for less than two minutes. He spent the time giving instruction to his assistant, did not answer any questions then told me to reschedule. Terrible manner, was quite rude and unhelpful.

Dr Hartford is thorough, attentive, and on time.He has treated many of my skin cancers and done it well.

Dr. Hartford would receive such a high rating that there are not enough stars in the universe. He explains everything very carefully and he has a bedside manner which is second to no doctor I have ever visited. You can tell instantly that he loves is job and has nothing but his patients in mind. He gave me his personal cell number and told me never to hesitate giving him a call. The facility in Orono is near perfect. I recommend Dr Hartford to everyone that I talk to.
