Dr McCrann has performed numerous endoscopies on me. She is extremely capable and clearly know the intricacies of her field. Her follow up with me was prompt and thorough. She is a very caring and compassionate Physician. I highly recommend her for any patients seeking a GI specialist.

Do not look to this doctor for Any help! Horrible bedside manner, condescending, rude not helpful At All. Called me into evening hours complaining she had to call me. Her NP tried to push me off too, Sarah Marxhausen telling me I had gastritis when I never did! Do Not turn this person for help, hirrible!

If I could give this dr a "0" I would. No Compassion, Lacks Empathy... I don't think I have Ever met a dr with such lack of respect for their patient. For 5 months my body has been wasting away. She offers scantily testing, I had to request different tests based on research I did because she was so unavailable to discuss or meet to about them. Test results showing neg/pos, high/low numbers respectively were ignored, poo poo'd. Alternative methods I used were ignored even though they helped. She 3 times called me in the evening unannounced or unscheduled leaving me unprepared for any logical discussion. dr. M reminded me almost every that: I was not the only patient she has, and Oh I'm number 2 on her priority list... Her Disrespect towards me was unacceptable. She is NO Longer my dr.

I am so blessed to visit this office for this procedure! This is the most compassionate office I have ever experienced. If you have any anxiety then this is the place to be! The nurses & anesthesiologist are as great and caring as the doctor. This was my third visit and they have proven to provide the same given care each time.

??She warms my heart and removes my worries. Dr. McCrann is the best there is & has a very big heart ?. She takes her job very seriously & goes 100% above beyond to: explain, put patients at ease, test, perform vital procedures, makes sure hosoitalizations go smoothly. With a complicated history she was always a phone call away when things got bad. I saw her for at least 6 years-until she moved from Lewiston, which is where I ended up After homelessness & I've only seen her once in office because I can't drive or find anyone to go with me for appts & procedures due to the severity of damage from Toxic mold poisoning. Dr McCrann IS the best and I Pray I can see her soon to stretch my esophagus (done just 1x since she moved), have Crohn's damage checked, get almost year-old tests & colon cancer check done. Being a life-long pt at almost 60, I've seen a lot of Drs. & No one has taken care ? of me as completely as she. I miss and need you Dr McC. Wishing you safety and wellness.

Dr. Mccrann is one the most caring Doc's we have ever dealt with. Trust me, My wife and I have seen plenty of doc's over time. She is compassionate, thorough and highly skilled. She was referred to us by our Primary care Doc here in Auburn after our first Gastroenterologist couldn't seem to diagnose her issue. Her Staff at Mercy Gastroenterology at Casco Bay is also top notch. When we call her office with a question, and we have had plenty, they are quick to respond. I had occasion to to be treated by Dr. McCrann on several occasions in 2018 and found her to be very knowledgeable, warm and caring. She diagnosed and treated my condition efficiently. If it recurs, I will gladly seek her out again.

I saw this pathetic excuse of a doctor for a colonoscopy. I chose a woman because I was so frightened and thought a woman would be a better choice. She was not kind. I left the office a mess. When I got there for the procedure they were backed up and I had to wait. No one offered me anything to calm me. Thanks to this doctor I now live in terror of having a repeat procedure because there was no concern for my extreme anxiety except by one kind nurse. I believe it rises to close to nearly PTSD anxiety. Why is it they keep pushing this procedure to save lives, then treat patients like crap? A little patience and kindness would have gone a long way. I'll never forget her.

HORRIBLE! This woman has no idea what she is doing. She rolled her eyes at me when I mentioned my condition and stopped just short of calling me a liar. She wanted to give me a completely unnecessary major surgery because she didn't believe that I was having my symptoms and accused me of making them up, saying that she thought it was all in my head. I would give NO stars if possible.
