She failed to follow up to treat me. 2 years after I saw her, my serious medical condition came back and a simple test would have given me a diagnosis earlier. I spent 6 years trying to fight this condition and could have started much earlier had she given me the right test.

Had a bleeding ulcer, had it treated with follow up visits, but never tested for H pylori. Since I had no reasons to have an ulcer at such a young age then, there was plenty of scientific literature and proof saying children should be tested for H pylori. I remember asking if my ulcer will return, and Dr Blank said, "I cannot say it won't." She did not take extra steps and I understand many doctors ...
