It's unfortunate that mr. Barr is a doctor. He will abuse your trust and drain every penny he can from you, claiming he had to do "extra work". Do not use his services, he is not trustworthy.

Don't trust this person. He used my personal information against me and requested additional money under a threat of disclosing it. He'll make sure to milk you and your insurance dry. It happened over 5 years ago and I still remember his dishonest name, so I feel it's my duty to warn others. Individuals like mr.Barr shouldn't be allowed to work with people, let alone practice medicine.
