Jeff Berman's Online Review Report Card

My 3 yr old autistic had her 1st visit today. After making us wait around 2.5hrs and giving the kid drops, this doctor had the NERVE to say "i hope her autisim improves for future visits because otherwise i will have to sedate her in future visits." Autisim is a GENETIC variant, one i and her brother also have, and can not be "improved". This smacks as discrimination as a mindset and we will be getting a 2nd opinion. How can a medical professional be so ignorant in their comments??The other staff were lovely and helpful. Only the doctor was an issue.

I was a patient of Dr. Berman when I was a child. I had surgery twice to fix strabismis. He did such a great job that other eye doctors have said they wouldn't be able to tell I ever had strabismis if it wasn't in my chart. Two of my children are now patients of Dr. Berman

My mother took me to him when I about 10 way back in 2001 to have a droopy eye lid fixed. It turned out great and all these years later my friends have told me that they can’t even tell that I had surgery! If you have a child that needs eye help then I would highly recommend him.

Thankful that God led my parents to this gentleman 22 years ago. After an extreme light sensitivity for days and multiple optometry visits we finally landed at Dr. B. He without a doubt saved my eye with a diagnosis that no one else was able to present. Detail oriented care and consistent check ins. We take my son (6) here they are really good with him. He hates his eyes messed with but they are really good at calming him down and working through it.

Brought my 3 year old in for the first time and it has been a very long wait. Been here before 1:30 pm and it’s now 3:14 pm and have not seen the doctor

Dr. Jeffrey Berman is thorough and dedicated to the eye health of his patients. I couldn't ask for a better eye doctor for our son. I would recommend Dr. Berman to everyone.

I was able to get in nice and quickly. My first visit felt a little rushed but I was later able to speak to Dr. Berman personally at a later date. I feel like he truly cares about his patients.

great doctor but always a really long wait time even before they put the drops in and then even longer than they estimate for waiting after. every time we go we have to wait atleast an hour and we were even 10 min early for our appointment. i always see the sign to 30 min behind schedule if you drive like we do an hour and a half commute you really cant wait around.

We absolutely LOVE Dr. Jeffrey Berman!! We have had a wonderful experience with him, and our daughter's surgery and care afterwards. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. I feel confident that everyone will feel very well cared for, and that your children will feel comfortable and very well cared for by him. His bedside manor is warm and compassionate. If you are looking for an ophthalmologist for your child, give him a call!!
