Julia Harre's Online Review Report Card

The visit itself was fine. Dr. Harre was fairly knowledgeable and helpful. My main issues are related to Dr. Harre's staff and the facility itself. The office is old and outdated. The equipment is from the 90s. The staff was not particularly friendly and really did not care about my information. I accessed the online platform that I was provided and both my name and sex were incorrect. I can't even file this with my FHA provider for reimbursement since it looks like a completely different person on paper. My advice is to find a dermatologist that has a good track record even if it takes a while to get in.

Sorry, but she is not very good and her patient interaction leaves a lot to be desired. She misdiagnosed my skin cancer. If she had taken a biopsy as I had asked I wouldn’t be sporting around a 2” scar on my face. I waited several months, but luckily listened to a friend and went to see another dermatologist or things could have ended significantly worse.

I first saw Dr Harre in Sept. 2020 when finding a Dermatologist who wasn’t totally booked for a yearwas difficult. She removed a pre cancerous lesion and was 100% attentive. Staff very kind and professional. I am returning today and am confident I will have good results. I recommend her totally.

Receptionist was very rude both in person and on the phone. Dr Harre was not very personable, seemed uninterested and provided a quick exam which I didn’t find thorough and felt rushed.

I saw Dr. Harre about 3 weeks ago and already my skin is almost 100% clear, for someone who has battled acne for over a decade that is AMAZING!!!! Scheduling was quick and easy and I didn’t have to wait a very long time for my first appointment either. I would highly recommend her for all your dermatologic needs!! Thank you Dr. Harre!!!

My whole family has enjoyed excellent care at Dr. Harre's hands for several years now. Recently she treated one member on a day she normally didn't see clients, due to the urgency of the need. Her assistant, Barbara, came in the following (day off) to do the necessary follow up care. Dr. Harre is very kindly, professional and knowledgeable. She cleared up my son's chronic skin condition after a different dermatologist's treatment failed. Everyone deserves to enjoy healthy skin, and Dr. Harre's care ensures we all do.

Receptionist was very rude, both in the phone and upon my arrival. Dr Harre is not very personable and I felt disregarded and rushed. Spent about 10 minutes in her office and left frustrated

The medical treatment was fine. I am giving one star because of the billing experience. They subcontract this to a company called Affordable Billing Solutions and they have been a nightmare and borderline fraudulent to deal with. So far they have charged my card on 2 separate occasions without my permission. I have left repeated messages and they have never called me backed. I reached someone there by chance over a month ago when someone happened to answer the phone and they said they would send a refund check for the first erroneous charge. A month plus and no check received, but they did bill my credit card a 2nd time yesterday without my permission! I finally had no choice but to report it as fraud to my credit card company. Dr Harre you really need to part ways with this company because they are making your business look terrible.

Dr. Harre saw me for 12 minutes, gave me prescription and OTC information, and when I started to ask some questions, she left the room before I could ask. Never again!

Dr. Harre and her staff are too notch. The office is comfortable, the staff are kind and customer focused, Dr. Harre is knowledgeable and skilled.
