Was concerned about several issues relating to my joints and right hand. Dr. Hanna got straight to the point and figured out my problem and greatly relieved my mind about the other issues. She was pleasant and thorough and appeared very knowledgeable.

Dr Hanna has been treating fingers issues that are finally relieved with surgery. She has a great personality, sense of humor, took time to answer all my questions and concerns. 10/10

I waited almost 40 mins after my appointment time. And when she did come I. She was so obviously trying to rush me out that I couldn’t even keep up with what she was saying. I don’t feel like I was even seen or got to address my issues. I was told to wear my wrist splints and come back in six weeks. That was it. My appt lasted maybe 15 mins and that is being generous. She made a horrible first impression.

Cons: Bedside manner leaves a lot of room for improvement. Corporal approach to pain management. Treats pain patients to improve quality of life but, lacks empathy for their personal experience or respect for their self autonomy; you’re anatomy - not a individual with personal needs or patients rights. Pros Technically precise and professional, timely, open to communicate and returns calls (but only as a technicality, not because she’s weighing your feedback with value)

Today I had my first appointment with Dr. Hanna. Starting with her office staff, assistant, X-ray technician and Dr. Hanna herself, my visit was excellent. Friendly, efficient, professional. I sort of wish I had to go back!
