The Maine location is fantastic. Infertility isn’t fun but all of the staff here make everything more bearable. I’ve been a patient since 2017 and have gone through a few cycles. Dr. Lannon is wonderful. He is very kind and compassionate but he doesn’t waste your time sugar coating things which I appreciate. He presents you with the facts and clear options that will help build your family. I always had Barbara as my nurse and she is incredible She gave clear instructions returned all my calls and called when she said she would and she politely answered the thousands of questions I had no matter how many times I asked I never had a problem getting ahold of her and she could not be kinder. Since I’ve been a patient for so long I’ve had the opportunity to meet lots of different nurses and staff members. Everybody has always been lovely. Dr. Lannon and the rest of the staff are great at their jobs and I was confident I was receiving the best care possible. I never felt like just a number and I always knew that everybody there was rooting for me. I had a really great experience here and absolutely recommend Dr. Lannon and all the staff at the Maine location.

They were not willing to answer any questions over the phone for me. All I got was call back Monday and hung up

I had a great first consult very informative seems like they care since then they havent done what they said they were going to do they tell me theyve put prescription in when they havent theyve scheduled me for a 3 month consult twice and both times didnt put It into the system then when i was told i have one i asked why i was told i didnt have any upcoming appointments she responded rudely saying you misunderstood them you do theres just no notes about it.... nope lies you just went in and scheduled it cuz now its also at a different time... Ive had to ask for extra testing they said isnt necessary turns out i need to be on more meds. my hormone levels were too low which they wouldve known if they actually reviewed my charts from my previous doctor. This has just been soo much added stress. I switched to a different clinic. Anything has to be better than this.

The lady who picks up the phone Shes’rude you can ask her question

I feel that the front desk receptionist is extremely rude and horrible at her job of customer service. Don’t dare ask her a question or to elaborate because she will snap at you. The nurses and doctors are fine but I would never recommend this place to anyone because the receptionist turns it into such a negative experience.

Dr. Lannon and the nurses are great Would be a 5 star if not for a rude receptionist named Kim who doesnt seem like she cares much about anything and acts like I dont know what Im talking about. Either way our first round went perfectly just had an embryo transfer for our 2nd round and keeping our fingers crossed

Wonderful staff. Very understanding yet still able to keep the humor in the conversation. They found out more for me in one visit than my doctor did in the past 3 years.

Very thorough and knowledgeable. The process is very efficient. You can feel that all of the staff are rooting for you. I recommend.
