Everyone is nice enough and Dr Hiebert is great but have you ever tried to get a patient in a wheelchair in the building downstairs? It is not wheelchair accessible. The door does not stay open long enough and the wheels get caught on the bottom where the door is. I mentioned it several times to the front desk and they said they would put in a request to have it fixed but it does not get done. This should not be happening at a doctors office.

Dr Hebeirt and this whole company are fraudsters. They will continually charge what insurance you have and do absolutely nothing. Its catching up to them. I cant wait. Do yourselves a favor and stay far away from this company as a whole. I doubt theyll be in business soon. Complaints have been filed with dhhs an other avenues. Its theirs like ankle and foot associates why insurance costs stay high.

I went with an ingrown toenail on my big toe but I tinkered with it and the swelling went down by the time I got there so he sent home and asked me to come back in a couple months but I have to return early so Ill try to get in early and keep you up to date on the treatment of my on again off again swollen toenail.

My husband and I have been to see both Dr Pingitore Dr Heibert for various reasons. They have always been very attentive professional and quick to treat our needs. Their office staff is excellent as well Weve been going there for years and will never go anywhere else

Really frustrated with the service I received or did not receive. I saw Dr. Hiebert 3 times for a wart on the bottom of my foot. None of his treatments improved the situation so he prescribed an expensive $175 topical cream. That didnt help at all either.For my 3 treatments each of which lasted less than 10 minutes I received a bill for $876. Add in the topical cream and the total is $1075 and there has been zero improvement in my condition.I called the office to ask if they could forgive some of the amount owed considering the circumstances and their billing personnel a guy named Sterling Diamond was rude and dismissive. Very frustrating.
