This was my first visit to the Biddeford office. The experience was quite pleasant. The staff was welcoming and professional. The doctor and nurse were both top notch professionals. They did everything possible to make me comfortable. I was well informed by Heidi and Dr.Michaud throughout my testing.Upon leaving I knew exactly what I was allergic to and what the treatment plan would encompass. Dr. Michaud also made certain that my new medications were paid for by my insurance.I would absolutely recommend Allergy Asthma Associates of Maine to anyone that wants efficient and courteous service from professionals.

Our family has always had a warm and positive experience with the AAA of Me folks We love Dr. Viekman and her team. Specifically we appreciate the extra time she takes to talk with us we never feel rushed sadly this is all to often the case at other offices and we always feel heard. I was called 3 to 4 times prior my appointment and was asked to confirm about my visit. When I entered the hospital I was given a new mask and temperature was checked. Visit was OK as it longed only 30 minutes with the doctor. But initial appointment was for 3 hours. Should they have done a pre screening before the test?Main issue I called the phone number given in the site for billing to make a payment. That number doesnt work. In the main menu I dont get connected. The site does not take my insurance card. I havent received my receipt in mail yet. Let me know if you guys dont want the money for my visit.

What a wonderful experience I had. Everyone in the front office as well as the dr. were exceptional He was running a few minutes late but stuck his head in to let me know. That was terrific and I appreciated it. Dr. Musmand is a kind and caring Dr.
