Hands down the best medical practice I have ever been to. Efficient effective and even better honest kind caring considerate and funny. This was just my first appointment. I will post again after having my procedure. Thank you so much everyone at Advanced Vein Center for making me feel so comfortable and for making the appointment the highlight of my day.

I was disappointed with my experience with Dr. A and Jarod this time. They were not directly involved in my treatment and felt like it was more about the money.

Im sadly disappointed with not only the first but the follow up treatment that I received from this office. My first procedure a vein ablation was unsuccessful. My follow up appointment was NOT with the Doctor but the PA who nonchalantly stated that Insurance would pay for this and you will just have to come back. Wow how disappointing for a medical professional to disregard my time and insurance coverage. I owed approximately $1200 after insurance for the unsuccessful procedure I dont consider this value covered. Procedure 2 same leg same procedure and it supposedly worked upon follow up that was requested with the Doctor but still schedule with the PA.My leg looks the exact same and what is worse the pain continues to exist. They suggested that I come back no thank you.Unfortunately I have learned my lesson $2400 later a painful leg and having to seek a new direction not a happy patient and feel more like a customer with a bad experience.By the way I am mid 40s with low weight no external factors that should contribute to additional complications.Do not recommend I have officially been swept under the rug with a HUGE bill to pay.

I really can’t say enough about the people here. They go above and beyond in nearly every way. The staff take the time to answer all of your questions along with helping you get the correct compression socks for your budget. They have a wonderful team here and I would highly recommend them

Dr Bob and his staff Kim Jared Sue Mary and Cheryl are friendly courteous and professional.I was introduced to Advanced Vein 2 years ago when my age management doctor noticed my acute varicose veins needed attention. He took me to see Dr. Bob immediately. He took one look at me and booked me explaining how poor my veins were.I had complained about the veins to my primary care doctor for years and was always dismissed as “cosmetic” Well he was wrongI have completed laser and sclerotherapy treatments with Advanced Vein for the last 2 years.No lie Dr Bob really saved my legs My grandmother hereditary had bad phlebitis of her legs and this was a huge preventative wake up call. I watched her succumb to a sedentary life until she passed away. Thankfully he caught this early and today my legs look amazing and I feel fantasticFor years I was made to feel like nothing was wrong with me from my primary care physician and there absolutely was making me feel like I was making things up about my condition.Please put your trust with advanced vein. I highly recommend they are expertise. I feel comfortable wearing my shorts in the summertime again after a decade. My sincere thanks to Dr. Bob and his incredible staff Love you JR
