Benjamin Liess's Online Review Report Card

Dr Liess started our interaction with no introduction and flew into the room like he was ready for a fight. He frequently interrupted me, scoffed at suggestions I'd received from other doctors and professionals and constantly talked about what fit into what "he does for a living". Our interaction felt entirely transactional and I've never left a doctor's office feeling so uncared for and unheard. This man clearly doesn't care for his patients, and cares more about how many appointments he can squeeze into a day than showing empathy for the actual outcome of the humans he sees. I am honestly shocked that he was recommended by my PC and will certainly be providing feedback to them.

Really poor patient care. Patronizing, talked over me and laughed at suggestions I had from other doctors. Seemed to relish telling me what insurance wouldn't pay for and that he had no real suggestions for my issue. Doesn't seem to have any empathy for the humans he sees.

Really poor patient care. Didn't introduce himself, rushed through the appointment and talked over me the whole time. Really terrible at showing any care for people- would not recommend at all.

Dr Liess is totally awesome! His modern surgical techniques takes to horror out of sinus surgery! He is professional, attentive, and completely knowledgeable in his field of medicine. His staff is friendly and always welcoming. 100% recommend this gentleman for any ENT issues!

Was there for a hearing test, everything went well, easy process.

Dr. Liess is incredible. After having 2 nasal surgeries over the past years my breathing starting getting worse. I chose surgery as a solution, it was scheduled quickly, he was able to remove a lot of scar tissue and fix some issues that have helped a lot. He was also able to perform a rhinoplasty as well (The results are amazing!). I am beyond thrilled that I chose him and he was up to the task. He did offer alternative solutions prior to surgery and explained each one thoroughly. He's never been in a rush, his staff members are great, they are kind and friendly. (fictitious name is used though for privacy)

Dr. Leiss and his staff are friendly and helped me a great deal. I had a septoplasty and turbinate reduction surgery and it went great. I can breathe so much better than I ever thought possible.

He was extremely nice and helpful. He answered any questions that I had and told me if I had any more than to just call. The place was clean and the staff was very polite.

Really cannot recommend Dr. Liess. I found him to be condescending and somewhat arrogant. I never felt at ease during my brief visit - rather than listening to my concerns, he seemed to challenge what I was saying, even to the point of cutting me off mid-sentence. His after visit summary was maddening as most of what he said we discussed was fantasy. Maybe he was thinking what he wrote in the summary, but most certainly was not spoken when I was in his office. He seemed content to write an Rx and send me off to physical therapy for them to figure out what was going on. Not impressed. Not going back.
