Best cleaning I have ever had!!! Hygienist was so knowledgeable and showed me how I should be brushing my teeth and flossing the right way. She took extra time to educate me and it is much appreciated!!!!

I am DISGUSTED with the treatment my niece got today . Her mother cannot even write this review as she is so upset ! She called this morning and asked if her five year old daughter , who was in excruciating pain could be seen . She knew the exact procedure her daughter needed as her regular dentist had informed her but didn't perform that service . The front desk person went over the pricing (saying it would not exceed $400, as they don't take her insurance but we would pay our last cent to get this little girl hell ,and offered either a 230 or 430 appointment. We were booked for 430. We prepped Natalie all day to be a brave strong girl and that she would feel better after she saw the dentist . She saw Dr Son , who literally looked, confirmed that yes ,she would need to get the filling and the nerve tip desensitized. Dr Son then had the audacity to inform us that nothing would be done today as she had to close up . She then send a CRYING five year old out the door walking ! Telling her mom to give her Tylenol ! Which obviously she's been doing as Natalie has been in constant pain . ITS NOT HELPING! Dr Son charged $140 for this BS appointment with instructions to return tomorrow to get the procedure which would be an additional $657So much for that $400.00 cap huh ? How you can send a beautiful littleFive year old girl packing while she is in excruciating pain is BEYONE me ! Unethical, disgusting treatment ! I don't know how you sleep at night !

This was my first cleaning in 3-4 years... and it was honestly way less stressful then I had hyped it up to be in my head. After calling around to different dental offices, Gentle Dental was one of the only options I found to accept my insurance so I called and made an appointment. I arrived and waited only 5 minutes to be called in. Christine did my cleaning and was so thorough and calming, she explained everything as she went and periodically checked in to make sure I was doing okay. After X-rays, an in depth evaluation, cleaning, and check in with Dr Sun, I was in and out in just a little over an hour. Quick and painless. Highly recommend Gentle Dental!

AVOID DURING COVID!—there was an individual in the waiting area without a mask for the entirety of my appointment. Absolutely unacceptable. Clearly this establishment does not care about the health and safety of its patrons.

Please stay FAR FAR away from this awful company. They are an embarrassment to the dental industry. They are bad at what they do, poor customer service, liars, and are just down right nasty. Brittany the office "manager" is not good to deal with. She is condescending, a liar, disrespectful, and gives gentle dental a poor look. They lie on their financial agreement, and don't actually "phone" your insurance company to check benefits. I've contacted the attorney general's office, dental board, and the BBB. They had to bring me back a third time, the first permanent crown was done wrong. Not once did they say, we apologize for the inconvenience or anything of that nature. They charged me a 50 dollar no show appointment fee when I never missed any appointment. They are a bunch of cons. DO NOT go here. Save your money and frustration!

I absolutely love it there! The staff is so thoughtful and caring, I feel heard and cared about the entire time I am there. I have dental anxiety and they really make me feel comfortable. Highly recommend!!!

Myself dealing with anxiety felt nervous going in but that all changed . I had a tooth pulled and never felt anything. They’re awsome there and I would highly recommend them. They make you feel so comfortable. Great job Gental Dental

The most atrocious service ever. They are a scam. The front desk ladies are not good at their job, and constantly mess up my insurance coverage, making me pay more than I need to. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt that this is not on purpose. Either way, the front desk are nice until you try to correct their bills, and they look down on you, even though my insurance calls to tell them I'm right. I'm pretty sure most of the dentists only care about the money. I waited for an hour a couple of times because the dentist forgot about my appointment and was late. Isn't this supposed to be your job? I want to give a 5 star rating, trust me, my expectations are not high. But I just cannot trust them. I've been contacted a couple of times the day of my appointment that I need to reschedule because my hygienist has a doctor's appointment. I totally understand hygenist have their own appointments, but couldn't you have contacted me a day or two earlier?? Plus, I know they give free products to those who give 5 stars, so I wouldn't trust all these reviews. If you have a simple insurance and only need to see the hygienist for a quick cleaning, maybe you won't run into problems. But as a patient who has more serious teeth problems, I can't trust Gentle Dental at all.
